Order and Shipping Process
Orders received by 2:00 PM will be processed on the same business day. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email with all important information, such as your order number. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process. Dispatch then takes approximately 3–10 business days. We ship within the UK, and shipping is always free.

Damaged and Incorrect Orders
